About The Position
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 2 to lead daily retail foodservice operations at HMH JFK University Medical Center located in Edison, New Jersey. JFK University Medical Center is a 499 bed non-profit, acute care hospital. It is a member of the Hackensack Meridian Health system and operates as a teaching hospital for complex neurological and rehabilitation care.
Requirements

- Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
- Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
Responsibilities
- Ensure a zero-harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.
- Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation, including branded concepts, ensuring employees have appropriate equipment, supplies, and resources.
- Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
- Maintains client satisfaction with food quality & customer service.
- Accountable for delivering service quality by maintaining the highest standards.
- Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers.
