The Retail Food Services Manager will be involved in all phases of operational planning and expenditures, budgeting, costing, and sales reporting. This role is responsible for hiring, training, developing, and leading a team of associates capable of providing great customer service. The manager will implement retail and marketing programs, manage menu planning, catering, staffing, scheduling, and production, and be accountable for client and customer relationship building. This position also ensures strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs.
