About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Operations Manager 3 for the prestigious Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University account, located in Daytona Beach, FL. This is a high-profile and fast-paced college campus environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of Retail on campus, including 7 total concepts and national brands. You should demonstrate a high level of knowledge in food safety protocol, quality standards and strong leadership skills. Requirements

A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional communication skills
Passion for a high level of customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Working knowledge of Food Management Systems
Proficiency in computer skills/report management
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3 years minimum management experience
3 years minimum functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
