Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 3 – Campus Dining to join our dining leadership team at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in beautiful Geneva, NY. This position is ideal for a hands-on, customer-service–driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility university and hospitality environment. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of a comprehensive and dynamic dining program that includes resident dining, multiple retail locations, catering services, and conferences & events. This leader will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence, delivering an outstanding student dining experience, and supporting the continued growth of the HWS dining program.
