About The Position

Sodexo's Campus segment is seeking an exceptional Food Operations Manager 3 to support Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ! GCU is one of the largest providers of undergraduate education in the state of Arizona.

Requirements

  • A successful work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • Demonstrated success in prioritizing tasks and exhibiting flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Proficiency in computer skills and report management experience is required for all candidates

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC) is ideal for Internal candidates.
