About The Position

LINQ is seeking motivated, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Ambassadors to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on building a strong agency culture and providing meaningful growth opportunities. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time in the Vancouver Area. As a Retail Sales Ambassador, you will represent leading financial brands in high-traffic retail locations, malls, and events throughout Vancouver and surrounding communities. Your role is to engage customers, educate them on financial products, and help match solutions to their needs. Most activations are run in a team-based, energetic environment, with ongoing training and support provided. This position offers guaranteed hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, direct sales, or financial services)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging customers proactively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
  • Educate customers on financial product features, benefits, and rewards
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs through consultative conversations
  • Demonstrate product value and explain how products fit customer lifestyles
  • Deliver a positive and informative customer experience
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and product training
  • Accurately complete reporting and sales activity tracking
  • Maintain compliance with all company and client policies and procedures
