About The Position

As a Retail Experience Supervisor, you’ll use your leadership skills to inspire employees to deliver great customer experiences. The role focuses on providing positive employee experiences, developing skills, and managing performance. You’ll compare store performance against company goals and lead your team to drive growth or improve results.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, or 6 months of experience as a Best Buy shift lead.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• One year of consumer electronics industry experience.
• Prior experience setting retail sales goals.
