About The Position

The Retail Event Associate supports retail event operations for Fanatics Commerce, helping deliver positive fan experiences and business results. The role supports retail setup, merchandising, inventory handling, sales-floor and stockroom organization, and customer transactions. Associates work with location supervisors and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced event environment, while representing the Fanatics and event brands professionally and applying Fanatics’ BOLD Leadership Principles.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Represent the Fanatics Brand, FIFA Brand, and retail event professionally while providing high-quality customer service.
Support retail build operations, including assembling optical displays, setting up infrastructure, and installing Point of Sale (POS) systems as needed.
Work with location supervisors to keep assigned areas clean, organized, fully stocked, and event ready.
Troubleshoot and resolve sales transactions using the Fanatics POS system.
Receive, display, and store inventory appropriately to maintain optimal stock presentation.
Maintain sales-floor and stockroom organization in accordance with company standards.
Execute planogram placements and support retail merchandising to maximize product visibility.
Prepare products for retail by tagging, hanging, and re-merchandising as needed.
Organize and manage supplies and equipment for smooth retail operations.
Wrap pallets securely after events to support efficient merchandise handling.
Load and unload merchandise trucks safely and effectively.
