The District Manager Position is responsible for the achievement of Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding Customer experience in all stores through effective store visits. This role involves evaluating the performance of the Store Manager, utilizing available reports, and setting clear objectives to achieve Lovisa directives and benchmarks. Ensuring clear and consistent communication through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices, and one-on-one meetings is crucial, with an aim to coach and develop the Team. The role also includes recruiting passionate and customer-focused Team members for development and succession planning through Lovisa, reducing unnecessary costs through effective rostering, and focusing on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Teams follow the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practices. Flexibility and a desire to travel interstate and/or internationally based on business needs are also required.
