This position is responsible for implementing effective sales strategies through assigned distribution channels to achieve goals. The role provides leadership throughout Retail Direct Sales by implementing and measuring programs and initiatives that drive sales and profitability. It also assists supervisors with scorecard development, quality monitoring, and strategic initiative implementation. The manager oversees strategic objectives and sales/production outcomes, and is responsible and accountable for risk management through open communication, concern elevation, and adherence to policies and procedures. The role ensures a positive customer experience by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks within the Bank's risk appetite.
