Apprenticely is working with our company partner, the Umami to add an Retail Data & Consumer Insights Intern to their team in Bentonville, Arkansas! Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand. About Umami: Umami is an AI-enabled, customer-driven Food & Beverage innovation platform built to analyze customer feedback and company advantages to generate strategic product insights for innovators within consumer-driven brands. We combine machine learning, consumer data, and brands’ unique advantages—from insight to innovation. FIELDBOOK, a studio operated by Alloy Partners, is dedicated to creating and accelerating advantaged “retail value chain” startups. We are launching Umami out of Fieldbook Studio—backed by the Walton Family Foundation and the Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA). About the Role: The Intern will support Umami’s retail data collection and consumer insights workflows using the Clippr plugin and related internal tools. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, curious about CPG innovation, and excited to work at the intersection of AI, retail data, and product development.
