Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive experience in consumer insights, market research, ideally at a senior consultant or advisor level
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and executing high-quality qualitative and quantitative research projects
  • Hands-on experience with research platforms such as Qualtrics XM, and managing top-tier research partners
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actional business recommendations and influence senior leaders

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and deliver high-quality research that shapes our brand, marketing, and innovation strategies
  • Lead both qualitative and quantitative research projects — from identifying the business question to translating findings into strategic recommendations
  • Partner with world-class research agencies to gain exposure to cutting-edge thinking and learning
  • Stay on top of emerging industry trends, tools, and methodologies, selecting the most effective research solutions for each challenge
  • Turn complex data into compelling, actionable stories that leaders act on
  • Monitor market, cultural, and competitive shifts to uncover opportunities ahead of the curve
