About The Position

Federated Co-ops, Inc. is looking to hire a Retail Counter Sales person to join our Princeton Country Store team! As a Retail Counter Sales person, your responsible for assisting customers of the Country Store with product selection and purchasing.

As well as learn promote and sell all store products and services including but not limited to trailers, feed, power equipment, ATVs and small engine repair services.

3 – 5 years promoting products and sales (preferred)

Responsibilities

Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.
Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
Check out customer at register.
Accepts payment and makes change.
Wraps or bags and carries merchandise for customers.
Completes general housekeeping duties in country store.
Reports to store management with complaints, concerns or questions.
Meet, greet and follow up on customer inquiries and sales.
Learn promote and sell all store products and services including but not limited to trailers, feed, power equipment, ATVs and small engine repair services.
