About The Position

Federated Co-ops, Inc. Isanti Country Store is seeking a Retail Counter Sales associate to assist customers with product selection and purchasing. The role requires open availability and involves stocking merchandise, setting up displays, pricing items, answering customer questions, processing sales at the register, handling payments, bagging merchandise, and performing general housekeeping duties. The associate will also report any complaints, concerns, or questions to store management.

Responsibilities

• Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
• Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales
• Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise
• Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise
• Check out customer at register
• Accepts payment and makes change
• Wraps or bags and carries merchandise for customers
• Completes general housekeeping duties in country store
• Reports to store management with complaints, concerns or questions
• Meet, greet and follow up on customer inquiries and sales
• Learn, promote and sell all store products and services including but not limited to trailers, feed, power equipment, ATVs and small engine repair services
