About The Position

The Retail Color Mixer Specialist is responsible for tinting and mixing paint according to customer specifications. This role involves significant customer interaction, including working with both wholesale and retail clients to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and provide appropriate solutions. Specialists are expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and uphold the high quality and visual standards of products and the store. Key objectives include delivering excellent customer service and consistently achieving the store's sales goals. The position's duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to various valuable items such as cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised. Therefore, a criminal history review is required to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
