About The Position

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #3125, located at: 4110 Central Ave NE, Columbia Hts, MN 55421 (main store), Store #3945, located at: 4090 Lakeland Ave. N. Robbinsdale, MN 55422 (as needed), and Store #3479, located at: 4911 Excelsior Blvd. St. Louis Park, MN 55416 (as needed). This is a Part-Time job with a starting pay of $16.68/hr or based on relevant experience. Color Mixer Specialists tint and mix paint to customer specification. They also work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Color Mixer Specialists are also expected to stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Color Mixer Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
