About The Position

The Retail Client Merchandising Representative promotes nationally distributed products for CROSSMARK’s long-standing clients in convenience stores. The role involves building and maintaining professional relationships with store management and associates while supporting product placement, displays, inventory, and compliance. Representatives work independently across multiple stores in a territory and transport required materials. CROSSMARK is part of Acosta Group and provides retail merchandising, sales, and marketing insights for consumer brands.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.

Nice To Haves

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and promotional items to gain shelf placement.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance, including correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
