About The Position

The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the overall success and profitability of the retail location within the retail bakery cafe services. This position is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team to meet and exceed sales targets. The Store Manager will implement effective merchandising strategies and maintain visual standards to attract and engage customers. They will also foster a positive work environment by providing ongoing training and development opportunities for staff. Ultimately, the Store Manager ensures operational excellence while aligning store performance with the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role within the accommodation and food services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of store operations including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
