Individuals performing this job provide extraordinary shopping experiences to guests and stock merchandise. This role involves maintaining uniform standards, demonstrating superior product knowledge, and engaging with guests in a friendly and helpful manner. Key responsibilities include recommending merchandise, answering product-related questions, building client relationships, and assisting with sales transactions. The position also requires stocking shelves, maintaining the sales floor and back stock areas, cleaning, and ensuring price tags are accurate and readable. Feedback to management on product movement and stock levels is expected. Additionally, employees will assist with inventory, use computer and RF scanner equipment, and continuously improve their skills. Teamwork, cooperation, time management, and the ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment are essential. Adherence to safety regulations is mandatory. This is a full-time, onsite position.
