About The Position
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Retail Banker to join our team. As the face of the bank, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both retail and commercial customers while supporting a variety of deposit, withdrawal, and account servicing transactions. The ideal candidate is committed to building strong customer relationships, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring operational excellence within the branch.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Retail Banker experience
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions and operational tasks to support branch efficiency and accuracy.
- Balance and maintain ATM, cash dispenser/recycler, and vault operations as assigned.
- Assist customers with account and card servicing, including: Debit card issuance and replacement, PIN resets, Dispute intake, Stop payments, Address changes, Check orders, Other account maintenance requests.
- Support customers with online and mobile banking services, including login assistance, password resets, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying needs, resolving issues, and connecting customers with the appropriate banking specialists when needed.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Mentor and support new team members through leadership, training, and collaboration.
- Contribute to a positive branch culture focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Leadership.
