About The Position

Generations Bank is hiring a full-time, onsite Retail Banker in Kimberling City, Missouri. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 3 years of customer service experience.
At least 1 year of retail banking experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical thinking to assess customer situations and recommend solutions.
Customer-centric attitude, accountability, and stewardship.
Ability to perform the essential physical and mental demands of the position.
