About The Position

Hudson is North America's leading travel retailer with over 30 years of experience meeting the needs and desires of travelers in more than 1,000 duty-free, duty-paid, and food & beverage stores. This role is for a Retail Associate at the ATL Airport.

Requirements

1+ years specialty retail store experience
Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with customers and coworkers
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Professional attitude, flexibility, and a positive approach to change.
Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to work on your feet all day
Some unpacking and packing of materials when restocking supplies.
Moving and setting up displays and event materials.
High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Advise customers on the use of Brookstone products, and other store items.
Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management.
Maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items.
Operate the POS systems, Cash and Credit Card Transactions
Collaborate with the team to keep our displays fresh and restock products.
Participate in training and education sessions
Get involved in store theme days, events, new product launches, and training sessions.
Help with inventory preparation and accuracy
