Requirements

Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to provide professional customer service and build relationships with clients.
Ability to make product and service recommendations and maintain minimum sales requirements.
Ability to multitask in an upbeat, fast-paced salon environment.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, and other items from the floor.
Ability to perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
No prior experience is needed.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent, professional customer service and ensure clients’ needs are met.
Build good relationships with clients and understand and address their needs.
Recommend products and services to clients.
Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
Multitask by cleaning tanning beds as clients leave and engaging with new clients as they arrive.
Help maintain cleanliness in tanning rooms, the lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced salon environment while following company policies and procedures.
Use basic computer skills and knowledge.
