About The Position

As a Teller at CommunityAmerica Credit Union, you will be a welcoming, member-focused representative who delivers friendly, accurate service while handling financial transactions. You will build trust, answer questions, and help Members pursue their financial goals by listening actively and offering tailored solutions. You will also connect Members with relevant products, services, and specialists to support their financial success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience; financial or retail experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree may substitute for the experience requirement.
• Cash-handling skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs.
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Financial or retail customer service experience preferred.
