About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a seasonal Retail Associate to provide a positive customer experience and serve as an ambassador for the brand. The position focuses on engaging customers, building product knowledge, supporting sales, and helping customers find apparel for any occasion. The role is temporary and is anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027. The Retail Associate reports to the Store Manager.

• Ability to talk or hear regularly; frequently use hands or fingers and handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a strong customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Notify clientele about current promotions and merchandise that may interest them.
• Respond to customer questions and handle interactions or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Process payments using cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
