About The Position

ZWILLING is seeking enthusiastic seasonal sales associates to help create exceptional customer experiences during its busiest holiday season at the Chicago Factory Outlet in Rosemont, Illinois. The role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment and delivering outstanding service. The store is near the CTA Blue Line, and candidates should have reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is a temporary seasonal position expected to run from November 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027. Employment is not guaranteed beyond the seasonal assignment, which may end earlier or later depending on business needs. The hourly rate is $15.00–$20.00, depending on location and the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Access to reliable transportation.
