About The Position

Murdoch’s Retail Associate – Clothing team members provide customers with quality apparel, including fashion clothing, footwear, accessories, and work wear. They display products to make shopping easy and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that creates an authentic shopping experience. Team members are expected to go the extra step, work productively, and contribute to the company’s Mission, Values, and Principles.

Requirements

Have a can-do attitude.
Know what motivates you to achieve your best productivity.
Be prepared for physically demanding work on your feet, including heavy and repetitive lifting of no more than 50 pounds.
Work as a team to uphold the company’s Mission, Values, and Principles.
Be able to stand for long periods.
Perform repetitive wrist movements on a keyboard.
Have close vision for some PC work.
Be able to bend, carry, push, and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with quality apparel, footwear, accessories, work wear, and related products.
Display products to support an easy shopping experience.
Deliver friendly customer service from customers’ arrival through their departure.
Work as a team to uphold Murdoch’s Mission, Values, and Principles.
Perform duties involving standing, bending, carrying, pushing, reaching overhead, and lifting.
