About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. In a sales-lead capacity, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executes maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a part-time, regular position at the Park Place Promenade maurices store in Visalia, California. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings, and hiring needs may vary.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
• Experience in training and directing others.
