About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role leads the customer experience through regular interaction with customers and works with the team to achieve sales goals. As a key holder, the assistant manager helps execute maurices Standard Operating Practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. This is a part-time position at the East Fourth Street store in Ellensburg, Washington. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
- Experience training and directing others.
- Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
