About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. In a sales-lead role, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering the customer experience. The assistant manager helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, helps efficiently and accurately carry out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a part-time, regular position at maurices Store 1074-Centennial Mall in Craig, Colorado. The posting is an evergreen requisition intended to build a pipeline for future openings; actual hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The listed hourly pay range is $15.69–$16.63, with pay varying according to qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
- Experience training and directing others.
- Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
