About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists with supervising a store team focused on creating an outstanding shopping experience. In this sales-lead role, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering the customer experience. The role also involves strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a part-time, regular position at maurices Store 2055 in St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, Illinois. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
