About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role involves developing strategies to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a part-time role at the Marion ShpCtr maurices store in Marion, Illinois. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings, and hiring needs may vary.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
• Experience in training and directing others.
• Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
