About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an enjoyable shopping experience. Serving as a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, carries out store operating practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular, part-time position at maurices Store 1436 in Northglenn, Colorado. The posting is an evergreen requisition used to build a candidate pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
- Experience training and directing others.

- Computer proficiency.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
