About The Position

At maurices, the Retail Assistant Manager helps supervise a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
• Experience training and directing others.
• Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
