About The Position

This part-time role assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable customer shopping experience. The Assistant Manager serves as a sales lead, regularly interacts with customers, and leads the store team in delivering service. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
• Experience training and directing others.

• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
