About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Acting as a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering the customer experience. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, accurately and efficiently carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
