Retail Assistant Manager - Part-Time
About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager helps supervise a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The role regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The assistant manager develops strategies to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, helps efficiently and accurately carry out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a part-time, regular position at Store 2082-Mt Shasta Mall in Redding, California. The posting is an evergreen requisition intended to build a pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
- Experience training and directing others.
- Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
