About The Position

At maurices, the Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. In a sales-lead role, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The position works to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, helps execute maurices Standard Operating Practices accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing the store.

This is a regular, part-time, hourly position at the Chico Mall store in Chico, California. The posting is an evergreen requisition intended to build a candidate pipeline; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Pay is $17.93–$19.09 per hour, varying with qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
