About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role also involves strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a part-time, regular position at the Arroyo Market Square maurices store in Las Vegas, Nevada. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Pay is $14.03–$14.87 per hour, varying based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
• Experience training and directing others.
• Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
