About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a part-time, regular position at Store 0211-Wlmrt Strip Ctr-maurices in Forest Lake, Minnesota. The posting is an evergreen requisition used to build a candidate pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The hourly pay range is $15.89–$16.84, with pay varying based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Requirements
