Retail Assistant Manager - Part-Time
About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is a regular part-time position at maurices Store 1234-The Shps At Fox River in McHenry, Illinois. The posting is an evergreen requisition to build a candidate pipeline; hiring needs may vary, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as positions become available. The hourly pay range is $16.11–$17.08, with pay varying based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
- Experience in training and directing others.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Computer proficiency.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
