About The Position

At maurices, the Retail Assistant Manager helps supervise a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. In this sales-lead role, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering the customer experience. The role also involves strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a regular, part-time position at the Lakewood Towne Center store in Lakewood, Washington. The hourly pay range is $17.52–$18.58, with pay varying based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.

Requirements
