About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, helps efficiently and accurately execute maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a part-time, regular position at the maurices store in Bradley, Illinois. The posting is an evergreen requisition intended to build a pipeline for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Pay is hourly, from $15.81 to $16.76, and varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.

Requirements
