About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. The role interacts regularly with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. It also supports strategies to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, helps execute maurices Standard Operating Practices efficiently and accurately, including opening and closing the store.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
