About The Position

This part-time role assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. The assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience with the store team. They help strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, help execute maurices Standard Operating Practices efficiently and accurately, including opening and closing the store. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at the Kennewick, Washington store; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis as hiring needs arise.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
• Experience training and directing others.
• Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
