About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. Acting as a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the store team in delivering a positive customer experience. The role also involves strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, accurately and efficiently carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is an evergreen requisition for a part-time role at Store 1401-Tippecanoe Mall in Lafayette, Indiana. The posting remains open to build a candidate pipeline for future openings, and hiring needs may vary. Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
- Experience training and directing others.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
