About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. In a sales-lead capacity, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a part-time role at the maurices store in Hutchinson, Minnesota. It is an evergreen requisition for future openings, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis as hiring needs arise. The hourly pay range is $14.50–$15.37, with pay varying based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. maurices also provides early access to earnings through PayActiv.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
