About The Position

The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role also involves strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

This is a part-time, regular position at Store 1618-Sparks Crossings in Sparks, Nevada. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings; hiring needs may vary, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The hourly pay range is $15.37–$16.29, with pay varying according to qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
