About The Position

maurices is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant Manager for Store 1396 at Grant County Mall in Moses Lake, Washington. The role assists with supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable customer shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The assistant manager helps strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carries out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
