Retail Assistant Manager - Part-Time
About The Position
The Retail Assistant Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager regularly interacts with customers and leads the customer experience alongside the store team. The role includes strategizing to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately carrying out maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at Store 2181-Poplar Creek Crossing in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as positions become available. The position is regular, part-time, and paid hourly at $16.24–$17.34. Pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment.
- Experience training and directing others.
- Ability to take initiative and participate in decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
